I was planning a trip to Tahoe during Labor Day Weekend. Unfortunately, had to cancel the one night reservation. I cancelled this reservation 72 hours in advance, in line with their policy. My credit card was still charged and they refuse to refund me the money and called me a liar. I will never do business with this establishment again.
