We were recommended to Dr. Roberts DDS office many years ago when we lived in South Lyon. Fifteen years ago we moved further west and now travel about 1 1/2 hours to go to Gentle Family Dentistry. When you find a Dentist & associates, that take good care of all your teeth problems, you don't mind the extra drive. We don't care to experiment with Dentists.

The receptionists always have a smile and are competent at their jobs. I have never been troubled by billing problems, they handle it all efficiently.

The hygienist I see is Jeannie. She is absolutely an expert and I highly recommend her. She listens to my every concern and handles them. She is friendly and listens to my jokes and laughs which helps to calm my nerves. I think the person who hired Jeannie should get a raise! Jeannie is one of the best people that ever happened to Dentistry. I highly recommend 'Gentle Family Dentistry'. Nancy

Gentle Family Dentistry is an appropriate name. There is always a friendly receptionist to greet everyone. These girls really know their business and I have never experienced any complications with billing. The hygienist, Fran, is an expert at her job and I appreciate the time she takes to listen to my concerns and to check them out. I highly recommend 'Gentle Family Dentistry' to young and older folks.
