Went to Baptist Health Urgent Care in Weston, FL last year (2014) in June. Baptist South Miami Hospital billed my insurance and got paid for that visit. Now May of 2015, a year later I get a collections call for $400 for the same visit last June. WHO IS CRITICARE CLINICS INC? I have insurance which was billed already. Is this a SCAM?????

Horrible experience; they have a D- at the Better Business Bureau. Billing department is a train wreck. Went in for an eye infection with insurance and a credit card. Gave 1) insurance card, 2) drivers license, and 3) credit card to child at desk, signed every receipt, release, and credit card printout. Everything is fine when I leave, right? Wrong. Six months later the entire bill shows up on my credit report. I never received any sort of bill from these scumbags; but they were quick to ruin my credit though without even a phone call.
