Horrible office staff. Not only do they over charge for their services based off of insurance companies EOB's and what they SHOULD charge their patients, they mistakenly over charge credit cards however do not inform the patient of their error. You also cannot speak to the office manager, always goes to her voicemail. They've also given me a receipt for another patient and placed all my appointments on this other patients account. Not only did I have to file an OCR complaint because it violated HIPPA (PHI information found on the receipt and I don't know who they gave mine to) but they are not helpful with placing the appointments I made two weeks ago on my account so now I have to start over again from scratch with appointment times not suitable to me or my family. Looking for a way to never visit this office again.
