I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal in December so I called to make an appointment and was told that the machine was broken and that I should call back in January. When I called back in January I was told that the machine was still broken and that I should call back in February. They finally told me that they had a new machine but that I would have to wait until April 19th for an appointment because they were very backed up and the person that did the hair removal only came twice a week. When I went there I was called in by the manager, Jessie, a real piece of work. She told me that they would not honor the Groupon because it had expired and they would not get paid by Groupon if they did. She said that they would do me a favor and offer me a 50% reduction over their 'regular' price. When I asked them why they didn't mentioned this over the phone when I called she said that this not the sort of thing that you tell a client over the phone!!!!! I contacted Groupon as soon as I got home and they went ahead and returned my money. They mentioned that they were other complaints with the same company so they will not work with them again. Stay away from these crooks. Luckily, Groupon pointed out that there was a deal with Kendall Laser Spa for a lower price than what I paid this crooks. Thanks Groupon!!!

I went to Le Nouveau spa after reading other reviews on Google and I'm glad I did both (read the reviews and go to this place!). The laser girl was courteous, on time, patient and the price was reasonable, that’s BIG for me. Most of the time was spent explaining how the laser works to remove hair and she did one spot on my arm just so I would feel it (not painful at all.) I decided to do my upperlip treatment right away. She did it in like 10 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was told to prepare the night before for my laser hair removal by shaving the areas I would be getting the service for. When I got there the next day, not only did I have to wait around for 45 minutes more than my appointment, but I walked out of there with nothing done. The technician did not do the procedure. I was then given an appointment for two weeks later for my first official appointment ; they canceled it an hour before via text message on the day of the appointment. Extremely unprofessional. The technician then said she would personally call to reschedule the next day; she never called. I would not recommend this place at all!!! Don't waste your money or time at this place.
