I went to Tire Kingdom and made and appointment for 10am, dropped off my car to change two tires. Called at 12, car not done will be done at 1. Went at 2:30 to pick car up, hadn't even serviced the car. Took car and left. Service Managers were rude and not helpful, just gave me back keys and was whatever.

Wasted an entire day and no service at all.

Do not bring your car here. They will try to take advantage of you. My 18 year old daughter dropped off her car to get two new tires. They called her that she really needed an oil change. Not knowing any better she trustingly said if she really needed it then yes. She called me and I informed her the car was under warranty (which they knew as it has a little over 12,000 miles on it). She called them back less than 5 minutes later and said not to do it. They said it was too late and they had already drained the car. Really? Were they waiting right by the car waiting for her to say yes? They clearly took advantage of an innocent young woman to gouge her for more money. And they charged her $90.00 for the oil change!! I will never, ever step foot in that place again!!!!!
