My wife and I hired Clayton to finish our basement. Over the course of about 5 weeks John completed the project with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It is hard to overestimate the quality of the work performed and the impeccable and honest service we received from John and his group of expert workers. First, we received prompt (within the hour) email updates about when he and the workers would come, and what they would do. Second, the complete plans and outlines of what were to be done were constantly updated with our agreement, so that we always had an understanding of what the final product would be. Third, although this was something of an "open-ended" contract in the sense that various unexpected details were inevitable, John stuck to his original price and never once tried to overcharge us. In fact he threw in quite a lot free of charge. Fourth, the quality of the work was extraordinary. John built a sequence of cabinets and shelves - about thirty feet in total - that are breath ... He was recommended by Binsky Plumbing, who gave him the highest ratings. We are definitely planning on using him again for future restorations of our property.
