These Guys are not ashamed to milk money from you. We had Dan come and inspect our property and he (a) Misled us on the cause of stain on the ceiling (roof leak) (b) and cheated us by not going into the attic to inspect the leak. We were first time buyers and we believed these guys know what they are doing. Finally I climbed the attic by myself (after inspection report) and found huge stachybotrys colonization in the attic. By the way Dan Myers was asking me $280 to come again and take a look at the attic. PLEASE DONT go by reviews on their website (selection bias). In my opinion FRAUD ENGINEERS would be right name.‎
