stay away, damaged and dont return calls

I called and left a message for Gerald at 6:30am (New Years Eve day) and he returned my call at 9:30am. He told me he would be happy to come over and clean my chimney that day. Noon time he and a helper showed up, set to work with safety, cleanliness and efficiency in mind, explaining as he went. Before he left I had his card and an inspection report with any findings/recommendations. As he said "I try to leave the site cleaner than when I arrived". Knowledgable, professional and friendly.

The company name and motto say it all. "YOUR SAFETY IS OUR CONCERN" This company means it.The service was great They are true certified chimney service professionals. My chimney looks brand new and now i know my family is much safer with these guys cleaning my chimney.

I hired CHIMNEY TECH to clean our chimney. The service was exellent i was educated on chimney safety and proper woodburning to help reduce the risk of a chimney fire. I didnt know that there was a proper flue gas tempor why or how to eliminate smokey fires. This certified company is the best in the field. Our last chimney company never gave me the info i asked the Master Sweep from CHIMNEY TECH. I also learned that my last chimney service did not clean the chimney correctly for years. I reccomend all homeowners hire a CSIA CERTIFIED company like chimney tech. Chimney Tech will be my chimney service from now on because theregoal is my famlies safety and concern. Chimney Tech also installed a proper crown on my chimney and a new cap and the work looks great.

Supurb service.After hiring this certified company i found out that the work i had done on my chimney after my chimney fire was not done correctly and the flue lining had lots of cracks and could no longer be used for burning wood.The master sweep advised me after a level 1 inspection i needed a level 2 inspection because of the chimney fire to determine the damage to the system.I went ahead with the level 2 and i am so glad i did because my last contractor ripped me off for his own personal gainwith no regret to our personal safety. I am glad to know that there are certified companies in the state looking out forus homeowners and our safety. I am also happy to know that this C.S.I.A. Certified company is willing to appear in court to speak as an expert on my behalf when i file a cival suite agenst the contractor who ripped me off.I also watched as this company cleaned the chimney and i also learned that my last sweep was not cleaning the chimney correctly.

The Master Sweep Is a Certified Sweep. MR Parlin came and cleaned my chimney and included a free inspectionand advised me that the liner was cracked in sevral places on my wood flue and the cause was a chimney fire that i didnt know i had. Mr Parlin also advised me of potental fire hazzards and took care of the issues for me.Now i see why there motto is "YOUR SAFETY IS OUR CONCERN" WOW These guys are great now i feel much safer knowing that there is a chimney company in maine watching out for the safety and well being of the public.
