Based on the excellent review before mine, I called Laughlin Plumbing to come out and repair a drain. I spoke with Jameson, who was refreshingly friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me a short time frame in which he would be here and showed up as discussed.



Jameson quickly fixed the drain, which required only a cap, and made sure the water was properly draining. I expected him to hand me a bill for an hour (or for service call, parts & labor, etc.) and leave. Instead, he said, "I'm here for a whole hour, is there anything else you'd like me to do"? So, he ended up doing some old and unused pipe removal and I was still only billed for the hour they charge to come out. That's it! He also mad sure the area he was working on was as clean as he found it. I was shocked and amazed! I didn't think there were any of these kinds of companies left!



There was an immediate, clear difference between Laughlin's service and any other plumbing services I'd ever used. This first became evident over the phone, and continued until the moment he left. I highly recommend Laughlin Plumbing's services to anyone who's looking for an exceptionally, honest, and friendly plumber.

My plumbing, water pressure and many other issues needed a plumber's attention. I called upon Laughlin and the crew came right over and fixed everything! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
