14 June 2016. Went through the drive thru and got a big and toasty. Received a big and soggy non-toasted sandwich. Went inside and got a new sandwich with the same results. Really!!? No apology but did get smart-ass comments from the employees. Never again for me, my family, or friends. What a shame! What kinda of a ship is being run here and who would run it like this.

Went yesterday. Didn't have what we wanted, then substituted donut holes for glazed woothout telling us. Seriously?
