The owner is a money hungry inconsiderate witch. Unfortunately the staff then the dogs take the brunt of everything. They are way to understaffed to be taking care of so many dogs each day. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable, but unfortunately, since the owner is so vile I can not bring myself to take my dog there anymore. The way she speaks to staff and customers is just inconceivable; who knows how she treats the dogs! No thank you!

My dog went from "family" to persona non grata after boarding there since he was 4 months old. An incident occurred during his last stay. He had shredded and ingested part of a blanket that they had given to him.. I wasn't told until I inquired the day after I brought him home and pulled 6 inches of fabric out of him. I told the kennel I wasn't blaming them since I boarded him knowing he would be left unsupervised but again voiced my disappointment about not being told. A note was made in his record to give him a cot next visit. 2 weeks later, I called to bring him in for daycare and was told "sure, bring him down". When my son got there he was promptly met by the owner and told he was not welcome there anymore because someone told her I was bad mouthing the kennel in the dog park. Not true! She asked that I call her. I called twice that day to be told she was in a meeting and/or couldn't be found. Guess they don't have the dog's best interest at heart. They broke his.

It's very crowded. Dogs in every cage, kennel, nook and cranny. Owners seem a bit overwhelmed.
