I enjoy going to bowl but this place made me feel so uncomfortable. I went to a work party with maybe 45 people it was a large party and the staff was awful called out to my 23 year old boyfriend saying "hey kid" told us all that we had fifteen minutes left to bowl around 10:30 when they close at midnight , because one of the employees was sick of being here and wanted to go home. Received rude customer service when receiving our shoes and it seemed as if everything we did at this place was something to literally get yelled at about, it was insane. It felt like we were in middle school and this party consisted of adults with their children and middle aged people. Other times they came up to us and said "this is the last time I'm going to tel you all to stop brining your drinks past the little dinning area". I have never bowled somewhere where you couldn't bring your beverage to your seat at the lanes. Absolutely horrible please go anywhere else but this bowling alley.

Absolutely horrible, terrible place!!! In my entire life I have not visited such bad, unfriendly, against of customer oriented place! Stinky as hell!. Old farts only, all lines are empty, and people who work at this place are rude, unprofessional. They have a dog, old dog, walking around right inside the place, this dog sat down and pee on the carpet. When i said about this to the guy by the desk, he said "it's the owner's dog, i cannot do anything about it". The food was cooked in very little kitchen by the same person who just was taking out the garbage plastic can, and this person have placed this can back in the kitchen and started to put food in the plastic baskets even without washing hands. The place is very "kids unfriendly"... I don't want to write a long story here of all disappointment we have got at this place.... We left this place leaving our food and drinks on our table.. Again, the bottom line is the personal and owner of the place are rude and unfriendly.

It has home like atmosphere,doesn't feel commericalized. You feel so welcomed, staff is great very friendly and helpful. Check out there specials every night. They have a great food and drink menu. If you want to feel like a person go there, you'll LOVE IT
