I have been ordering from Pizza D' Carlo for 3 years. Their pizza is fine, their service is passable (generally), but it was my last experience with them that has caught my attention and infuriated me.



I ordered the kickass pizza at 5am (it was my friends birthday and he was drunk and wanted it). After two hours of waiting up with my friends the pizza was not delivered.



I understand if things take a while or drivers get lost in a campus housing environment. HOWEVER, two hours later the pizza was NOT DELIVERED. No call, no text, etc. I called the business and experienced literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced - they treated me like a common criminal trying to steal pizza!





Believe me, sirs, I make more then enough to afford a few pizzas. I was shocked at their complete disregard for customer service and attitude towards a mistake that they made. As for pizza itself, I'd order again. But after this experience, I cannot willingly ever give my money to a company that makes a profit from lying, cheating, and making a fool of their customers.



I'm amazed, honestly.

This plaze is amazing I love their products and concepts, they deliver 24/7, NY and Chicago Style Pizzas, Calzones, Strambolis are fenomenal, the fact that they carry real Italian Gelato, Cannoli, Tiramisu makes me keep coming to this place, great prices and exelent service, they even go as far as taking my EBT Card or food stamps for pick up or delivery what a deal. I also love the fact that they offer live music on Fridays and Sundays I love it, I get to enjoy my glass of white wine along with my Quattro Stagioni and PRESTO I am a happy camper..

Come and discover for yourself and dont take my word for it, give d'Carlo a try by going in person or ordering online. Once you have an opportunity to do so come back and review this place so everyone will get to enjoy

Ok but not that good. The pizza was decent but you could tell the wings were frozen. The dough wasn't that good either.

We hosted a Halloween Block party and this year we ordered 15 large pizzas from Pizza d'Carlo. Everyone kept asking me where I ordered it from since it doesn't taste like the chain pizzas. The hand-tossed crust is thin & delicious. Even the kids stopped to eat a slice or two amongst the games! Thanks again for such great tasting pizza! I recommend them to anyone hosting a large function...or for nights when you don't know what to make for dinner. Let Pizza d'Carlo do the cooking!

My kids and I love your pizza especially the crust. The crust was very light and we can tell it was special. That why we can back for more today. And we will continuing try some different topping each time. Oh by the way your wings are very good too. Thank you. Patchra and family.

I had lunch for the first time today & the pizza sauce is a little sweet & tangy (just like I like it!).....the cheese is full of flavor & the price was ONLY $3.99 for pizza & drink! I will definitely be back! I loved the crispy crust too....perfect-o!

If that sounds like an unusually wide span, consider this: Owner and pizza baker Carlo is perhaps the only Ecuadoran Sicilian New Yorker Utahan you may ever meet. The tag line on Carlo’s menu (“When was the last time you felt passionate about your pizza'”) tells you that this guy makes outrageous pies with a vengeance that his Sicilian ancestors would be proud of. Carnivores will groove on Carlo’s Anti-Veggie (pepperoni, Italian sausage, Philly steak, hamburger, salami, Canadian bacon, and ham), while the Pissal-Adiere (anchovies, garlic, black olives, capers, tomato, and parsley) will intrigue and satisfy the less meat-hungry. Yes, the pies here rule, Any time, day or night, you can get a hot pie in your hotel room or brought to your couch. Now that’s a tasty idea.

I was tired of eating Domino's and Pizza Hut so I decided to try Pizza d' Carlo! This pizza really impressed me. I ordered the Papalina Pizza and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The sauce was amazing and the tomatoes were super fresh! I would recommend Pizza d'Carlo! They will make any type of pizza you want, including Sicilian and are very accomodating.

What a great new find. Very unassuming from the outside but delicious. We ordered delivery on a Friday night so it took a little bit longer but it was worth the wait. We ordered the "Quattro Formaggio" and the "I don't Want to Cook Tonight Pizza" as well as the chicken wings. All were very tasty. The crust is very good and they are very generous with the toppings. We have already decided that we will request just regular cheese versus the extra that comes on the pizzas. The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and the gentleman that took our order was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

While the seafood and latin restaurants in Tampa have been incredible, the pizza places have left much to be desired. Decided to give Pizza d' Carlo a try and fell in love! I saw it driving home from work picked up a pie for my family. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes a good New York style pizza. I just picked up the Quattro Stagioni with proscuitto, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms! WOW! Forget the run of the mill cardboard pizza chains! Give this place a try!

Pizza d' Carlo has by far the best pies you will ever taste!!! The allure of rich flavors and artful combinations reel you in upon opening the flap of the pizza box. They even accepted my Domino's coupon. Its like exchanging a Geo Metro for a Mercedes-Benz experience.... for a broke college student like myself, its a deal that cant be beat. Way To Go d' Carlo, keep it up I love your pies!!
