This company does not stand behind its work! I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2016 and in December of 2017 I paid Diversified Electronics $387.42 for a new icemaker, clip kit, epoxy, labor and diagnostic fees.

In April 2018, the icemaker was freezing up again, the same as before. I contacted Diversified Electronics and was informed that the warranty on repairs and parts was only for 90 days and if I requested a service call, I would have to pay another diagnostic fee of $80 in addition to the cost of parts and labor to fix the icemaker. In other words, the replacement icemaker lasted about 100 days and cost me almost $400.

Needless to say, I will not use this company again.

There rip offs scum period took a tv there the couldn’t fix it and didn’t put it back together when I was down there paired them for looking at it and lady said she’d have it ready meaning put back together he next day. Well when I got home and husband looked at receipt say paid in full and picked up. Well when I called the next day she informed me that I picked it up and it even says so on the receipt sonhere was nothing I can do. Was a 2015 55 Samsung lcd tv. Called to get my Samsung stove looked at today and they was going to send them to look at it I told Samsung their not welcome and why there not at my house. Hopefully Samsung will take them off there list of being certified Samsung worksmen.

Diversified Electronics cost me $356.51 to fix my fridge - which they ultimately could not fix.



They installed a new motherboard which did not fix the problem. Then they told me it was a sealed system and they couldn't fix the fridge. When I called them to see if they would refund some of my money as I paid for a part and installation I did not need, they just blocked my calls. Check out Google reviews. They block customer calls when they run into a problem. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.

We contacted Diversified Electronics to Repair our TV for us after looking at there BBB rating which was A+ and the lived up to there reputation they showed up the next day on time and had our Tv repaired within an hour of getting there at a reasonable price. Great Company
