I am usually a pretty easy-going shopper, but this place definitely crossed the line. The clothes are less than quality (one of the shirts I bought tore as I was putting it on for the first time). But the WORST has got to be the customer service. Firstly, from the minute you walk in, you feel as if you are being looked at as a suspected thief. Secondly, I went up to the counter to try to return the shirt that ripped and to try to exchange a swimsuit for a larger size. Everything still had tags on them but they did not let me return either because I did not have my receipt. Eventhough all the tags had "joyce leslie" clearly marked on them and I could provide proof of purchase through my bank statement. Not only that, but the attitude given to me both by the sales rep and the manager was not only uncourteous, but desrespectful. I am NEVER shopping at that place again. Joyce Leslie, you can keep your crappy clothes!!
