Management is a joke they are never ever on the same page, they will override each other left and right. There SOP is just a piece of paper you can wipe your butt with because it can be over ruled at any given time or when it convenient to Master Chuck. Work for Chuck and it is like working for Hitler, he will curse at you, have meetings to basically tell you what kind of fck ups you are. If stuff is not in spec it is ok to forge a document that will be submitted to the FDA for approval that it is in spec. They may have a drug to help someone but they forgot that in order to help someone equipment needs to be clean. It is frowned upon when you point out that there is dry blood on process equipment, the answer will aways be its a closed process.
