Needed belt for MTD had to pay for it when they ordered it($40). Went ot pick it up and they told me that they had put it on the shelf and sold it. I asked if they were going to reorder me one they stated not without repaying ($40 more). Told them that I could not believe that a customer was only worth $40 to them all I got was a shrug. I would not recommend going here. Also, Riddles only services equipment purchased from them. There are signs on the counter that state this.
