I took my Honda Odyssey in to Berlin City for a 100,000 miles checkup and was lied to regarding work that did not need to be done in order to pass inspection. $5,200.00 later my car was returned with an inspection sticker, a new steering column, two new bushing and bald tires. I later found out that the only reason my car would not have passed inspection was because the tires were bald. My advice to Honda owners in the Portland area is to avoid these criminals.

The sales people are all right but the service department is terrible now. When I called out Matt for not calling me when he said he would he claimed I had given him this B S phone number so he couldn't get through. I stood right in front of him and told him my number! Then I went online and saw that someone had gone into my personal info and deleted my number.

A few days later, my first time going fast on the turnpike since my $2200 in repairs and the plastic panel from up around the passenger side wheel well blew out over and around my tire and I had to remove it on the side of Route 95. I bring my car back so they can fix it and the man tells me they never touched that and it's just a coincidence. They just lie, lie, lie.

My husband and I HAD been loyal customers since 1987, when this place was called Maine Mall Motors. But not any more! When it came to buying a car, they sold me a lemon with severe safety issues and I had to return it after only 2 months. Then, to replace it, they wanted to sell me a car that was more than $2,000 over KBB value. But the service department was even worse! First, it took them 3 tries to fix the rotors. Then I found out they didn't adjust the brake pads when they did this like they should have (by their service advisor's own admission!), forcing my new brake pads to be replaced AT MY EXPENSE. Then they said their computer had reported that I had a MAJOR exhaust leak -- by that time I was suspicious of them and took my car into an independent shop, who told me there wasn't ANY leak at all. Sorry, folks, but your underhanded and unprofessional ways cost you someone who had been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. DO NOT GO TO THESE FOLKS TO BUY A CAR *OR* FOR SERVICE!!!
