Ifix provided the customer service our local Apple store couldn't. The price was right and the service was 2nd to none. I am a satisfied Ifix customer.

It was expensive. They had poor service and communication. I had to keep going in to see them because they broke my phone and then said that it must have been like that when I brought it in. All it had was a cracked screen and it worked perfectly before I brought it in. My thumb recognition doesn't work anymore. I do not recommend going here.

Very poor customer service. I went here to fix the screen on my phone. I paid $120. About 2 weeks after, my phone was sitting on the table right next to me for about 10 minutes, I went to pick it up and the screen was broken. I went in to speak with them and was told I had to come back when a manager was available. I couldn't make it back for about 3 days and during that time, the screen went completely black. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that they would give me $20 off of a new screen, which I find unacceptable as the screen broke on its own. I was also told that they do have a warranty, but only if the screen was not damaged. I do understand that there is no way for them to know how the screen was damaged, however having it break in such a short period of time should warrant a replacement, especially since not only is my screen broken, but it's completely black, which does not happen when a screen has just a crack in it.
