Maine Hatha Yoga studio in South Portland, Maine, offers a variety of 60 and 90-minute therapeutic heated hatha yoga classes seven days a week, including hot yoga and vinyasa yoga. Class options include bikram yoga classes that strengthen and elongate muscles, cleanse and detoxify cells, irrigate and revitalize joints, and increase cardiovascular stamina; yin yoga to target the deep, dense connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine; and power vinyasa yoga, which incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. Ages 11 and up and yoga enthusiasts of every level, including beginners, are welcome at all classes.
