Provided by YP.comI am a chef and use my own knives at work. I have had him do my knives twice. The first time I tried him out with one knife at the Farmer's Market. Then a few weeks later he did the rest at his shop in South Portland. He does a great job and quickly. An added benefit is his shop is near Scratch Bakery and Willard Beach.
