Poor service,I hailed a taxi from my residence in upper manhattan to my work in Astoria Queens. I was charged $10 more than every other car service I have taken in the past. As an Mta employee I take a taxi 3 times per week. I will never use this service again and will advise all of my co-workers to do the same.Thank you

The drivers are unreliable, they make up the prices every driver has. Different price. And they are extra rude.
