I traveled to Guyana with Travel span/Eastern airline and it is the worst airline in the world. First, they check us in at 6:30am with no plane in sight when the plane arrived at 10:30am they say that crew has to rest. We finally leave at 12:00 pm the plane did not get to NY until 6:30pm and all they gave us to eat is a soda and bottle of water. When we arrive in NY, they told us that our luggage was left behind in Guyana. It took three days to get our luggage and everything was spoiled and they refuse compensate us. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE

My father in law used this agency for a recent trip to Guyana and what a disaster. His suitcases never arrived and he was not compensated for his lost. Be careful !!!
