i have been to serenity many times. i return only because there is no other option locally. management and personnel are cold, and rude. while prices are not reasonable, i would still patronize Serenity but for the level of cold disregard for clients. unless desperate, avoid serenity. the negative interaction with desk personnel and management far offset the massage therapists profesional treatment.
