The roofing per se actually went quite well. However, the roofers left numerous nails and bits of tar paper strewn throughout the yard. Furthermore, Antonsen billed me for replacing some gutters and aluminum cladding on window sills that wasn't done. They did not reposition the satellite dish but charged for it.

They also told me that they'd give me a discount if I referred other customers to them. One friend and one relative had work done, and I referred Antonsen to two others as well. In my relative's case, his finished roof leaked and caused interior damage. Antonsen was very slow to remedy this problem, and it demanded a lot of my relative's time with cancelled appointments and very incremental solutions to the problem (which predictably didn't work). Antonsen did everything they could to blame his insurance company for the leak, which made no sense at all given that the roof didn't leak before Antonsen's work. This unprofessional behavior did not endear me to my relative.

Even after all that grief, Antonsen did not follow through with my promised discount.
