I just used Zippy Shell to move from Portland OR to St. Paul MN. Best move ever. The drivers were amazingly flexible. The Zippy Shell arrived from Portland almost before I did, even though I flew. They cheerfully kept it in storage til I got settled. They checked my driveway for me and suggested parking on the street. (I intellectually KNOW it snows here 9 months or so of the year, but I haven't internalized that fact yet!) Then they checked parking regulations and came up with a flexible arrangement that would keep both the neighbors and the city happy. The shell arrived when they said it would. The driver explained the ramp and other gizmos to me in language I could understand, and had helpful suggestions for tromping boxes through the snow. Neighbors cheerfully helped my son Paul to unload the shell amazingly in approximately 3 hours, so I phoned Zippy Shell to say we had finished early (They had allocated a day and a half.) They voluntarily collected the shell at 6:30 p.m. and again were polite and thorough. The move that I was dreading went fast and smooth thanks to Zippy Shell. I'll definitely hire them again when I'm setting up my office here. I highly recommend them.
