Provided by YP.comI absolutely love this place, I brought my newly purchased 2006 Malibu to A-rock after no one in the valley could fix it. After 2 days of trouble-shooting, they found the problem and charged me half of what I thought it would cost.... I was only charged for the repair, not for the time spent on finding the problem. I am so happy I found this place, I will never go anywhere else.

Provided by YPmobileHands down, the worst customer, and quality, service I have ever seen. We had them perform needed maintenance on our recently purchased ($5500.00) 1988 SeaRay for almost $1200. This company serviced the u-joint, replaced the bellows, water hose, and trim senders at the end of the 2012 boating season. We did not get a chance to put the boat in the water until the start of the 2013 season. Once we took the boat out, disaster struck with u-joint blowing out and damaging the Gimbal housing. When I took the boat in for damage assessment I was told the repair cost would be another $1200. I asked for a detailed invoice of the repairs to be made and they refused to provide me one. I doubt they looked at the damage, since their verbal estimate did not account for any damage to the Gimbal housing. I asked to warranty the service they had done on my boat and they refused to do so. Eventually, I asked the owner "Mr." Scott Fortuna to call me to discuss the problem, that was more than 2 months ago, he has never returned my call. I want to sue them for the damages done to my boat, I am still trying to figure out how to go about this. I cannot file a complaint with BBB since they are not members (wonder why?). The employees of this "company" have no regard for their customers time or money. Their work is shoddy, but worst of all, they have no ethics (liars and cheaters) or proper professional conduct. We, as many other boating enthusiasts, are not rich and cannot afford a new boat. Now we are stuck with a damaged boat which will take a lot more than $1200.00 to repair. My advice to any one with a boat in need of repair: STAY AWAY FROM A-ROCK!!!!!!!!
