The minute you sign the lease this company they will treat you like dirt. Every single employee I have dealt with in this company is confrontational, self serving, and disrespectful. They do not treat even their best tenants as valued customers. They know that, short of paying an absurd amount of money to buy out of your lease, there is nothing you can do about them treating you horribly. It took them almost four months of phone calls and emails for them to fix our water heater, an essential appliance in our residence. We went almost four months of no hot water for them to fix it. They dragged their feet and blamed us at every turn, when it had nothing to do with us. This is only one of many examples of how this company takes your money every month, but does not expect or intend to honor their end of the rental agreement. Mighty Bum LLC is not a reputable business and will not treat their tenants like valuable customers. Do not do business with them.
