This place is horrible. I don't know why we have held on so tight and kept doing business with them. Their accounting is a joke. I had a gal call me once that told me the account was nearly $800 delinquent, then told me in the same breath that there was an $800 credit that wasn't applied to anything,,, Hello... duh ... Calling them is also a joke... this last time I called them on July 2nd, left a VM because they were busy and I held forever. As of July 7th I still haven't gotten a call and I sat on hold today for 52 minutes before hanging up. My child is having a diabetic emergency on supplies and this place could care less. I have emailed their president, he couldn't have cared any less. Find somewhere else to go people. This place is the worst.
