I set up an appointment for my son to get a cut and color for 10 a.m. yesterday morning. I had set it up just the afternoon before. We were a few minutes late. Despite the "open" sign being lit, the shop was dark and locked. We waited around for 20 minutes and no one showed up. It wasn't next door for us so we wasted about 50 minutes. I do not recommend.
