The only good thing that I can say is that the "estimator" showed up on time. I had to get an estimate on water damage from my roof leaking into the garage, and wind damage to the shingles. This guy didn't even bring a ladder with him to get on the roof to inspect the damage!!! Actually walked across the street and used binoculars to see where the shingles were missing. Really? Then after some complaints to my insurance carrier, he did send a guy over. This guy cut a rather large hole in the ceiling of my garage so he could identify the source of the leak. Then, packed up his stuff and left never to be heard from. End result is that I still don't have an estimate of how much it'll take to repair my roof and am left with a big hole in the ceiling of my garage. Take my advice. Run and hide if this guy shows up. It'll just leave you worse off than before.

Very impressed with Liberty Restoration. I had to call these guys when another company I was using flaked on me. My toilet overflowed and it was a mess. The first company didn't clean real good and my house stunk.
Liberty Restoration worked with my insurance and did the job quick and good. Liberty not got my house dry - they fixed the damage caused by the first bunch of bozos I called.

Bottom Line - do it right first time - CALL Liberty

I had a water line break - they came and cleaned up the mess. The guys told me what they were going to do along the way and when my husband had questions - they explained it all. GREAT WORK.

I had a flood in my home that started in the bathroom and went down into the family room. I called Liberty, and had a technician at my house within two hours. They checked everywhere for moisture, and then came up with a plan to get everything dry. The office staff were pleasant, and the technician was very knowledgeable. I will use Liberty in the future for any floods I have!!

The cleanup work was excellent but the restoration work was not acceptable, I would look for my own contractor if I had it to do over.

I am really impressed with Liberty Restoration. They are friendly and very easy to work with. I would feel comfortable referring them to any friend or family member in need of water damage or fire damage help.

If I could post a no star review, I would. Do not use this company. They take too long to finish a project. Without good reason. The quality of work they do is terrible. When I asked them to fix the sheet rock job, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I forced them to repair it. They repaired some areas and covered up others in hopes I wouldn't see that they hadn't repaired all of it. Please take care. The only good review you find on this web site is copied and pasted on City Search. Makes me wonder where it came from? I am specifically working with Jason Roberts as the general contractor. He has completely lost my trust and respect. If you don't know standard construction practices, they may be able to mislead you. Don't be fooled. These people should not be paid for the work they do. Do not hire them.

Terrible. Very slow, shoddy work. They had to redo several things, then that made them lose money so corners were cut and customer service went away quickly. Don't use them. Hire someone you know personally. That seems to be the only way to get decent work done.

I have a fourplex that had a shower lose a tile and a bunch of water got behind there. I had Quality Disaster cleanup come and tear it out and they recommended Liberty Restoration LLC, which is there sister company to come put in the new shower. I called them and they were quick to come out and give me a quote of $1500 for a shower surround, new backer board, caulk etc. This was in the second week of June of 2014.

After a week or so they had been out once and had done some work. I kind of put it out of my mind and just assumed it had been completed as I hadn't received a call from either the tenant or Liberty. I waited and waited and still hadn't seen a bill.

About a month later I stopped by to address some other issues and check on the property and asked the tenant how the shower was, and she told me it wasn't done. I called the company to find out why and they said they hadn't been able to get in because of the tenants schedule. I could have come to let them in anytime but they didn't bother to even call me and tell me they were having issues with this. I got them on the phone with the tenant standing there and arranged a time for them to come that was mutually agreeable in another week. Two weeks later I followed up with the tenant and she said, "Nope, not done. The surround is sitting on my living room floor and has been for days.

Again I called the company and got after them. Come to find out through my tenant that they guy doing was elderlyish and was having health problems so he was taking his sweet time, meanwhile my tenant and family were either having to taking just baths or putting up plastic to cover the unfinished parts to keep the water out of the wall. We all know how well this works and there is probably water behind there again and it will probably all have to be redone again.

Again a few weeks pass and I check with the tenant who says, "the sides are done but they sent the wrong piece for the middle wall with the window so they had to take it and have it cut to the right size." Of course this wan't a quick trip to the shop and back it was another 2 week adventure. By this time I am really fed up and called Trevor from the company and often he wouldn't return my calls. Finally near the end he finally got the mediocore shower surround done and said he would call and let me know when the job was done. Of course that didn't happen and I had to call to check on the progress days after he promised the job would be complete.

So all in all, the job was completed in the second week of September. 12 weeks or 3 months later!!!! I could have gone to plumbing school, got a degree, came back and done it by myself in that amount of time. What a joke!!. I asked him to discount the price since it had taken him so long and he said he couldn't as he was already losing money on it.

As for the quality of work, it is mediocre at best. There are big gaps between the pieces of surround requiring lots of caulk. I am going to have to go in after the fact and finish caulking it it as there are spots that aren't done very well. The material is just plain white and very very basic. It definitely isn't a $1500 job, more like an $800 job.

They were extremely slow, they didn't follow up on anything, return calls, or keep me updated. hey are way too overpriced for the quality (or lack of) of work. I would not recommend them to anyone and I would recommend that QDC find another sister company to handle their business. I actually know how to do a shower surround but didn't have time to do this one.

If you need some restoration work done, use someone, anyone else. Anybody could do a better job than this. Oh, and you know what didn't take them very long? To send the bill. It came less than a week after the job was done.
