Wow, called this guy to get store hours - doesn't answer the phone, "Mario's professional Tailor" or anything like that, just a "Hello?"



Naturally, I try to ask him if this was "Mario's professional...." The old codger cuts me off mid-sentence saying, "Speak up or shut up." I tried to talk louder and he just hung up the phone.



I don't care how good he's been rated by others, what an a-hole.
