There are so many sites to get bus info. so make sure that you get to the right site or, you can be looking for houres. You can also just check the paper phone book and get the phone number to call for bus times. there is so much now that we have trax also. good finding what and where to get the info for just locol bus times. this would be for state street, north and south bound and what time, weekdays, weekends, saterday and sunday. Terrible website.I only wanted to know the bus #228 schedule, and impossible to find.

They say it is sooo easy to just map your route! Ha! I have put in my address to my work address, lets just say it was 400 North and 1450 WEST (arrival destination). All I keep getting are bus routes to 200 North and 1450 EAST! I have tried to call, but only get a rapid busy signal, and now they are closed. This is VERY DISSAPOINTING!

NOT ONLY DOES THE BUS SYSTEM LEAVE PEOPLE IN THE DUST, BUT SO DOES THIS AWFUL WEBSITE.

My family wanted to take trax from the 7800 S station to the confrence center on Sat. 12-18-2010. Where on the website do I find a schedule. It should be very easy ... I can buy all kinds of stuff from all over the country, and e-mail my friends in New York City, Gainsville Florida or Walnut creek California. There is no easy way to find a schedule for trax that is only a mile or so from my home, what a disapointment. The trax internet programer is way overpaid!!!

I am disapointed to see the downfall of this system. It seems as long as you have a car to get to the stations all is well. this bus system used to be customer system orientd and came to the people.I am ashamed to call it public transportation. I have spent over an hour on the internet and by phone.

I must agree your site is NOT user friendly.
