Poor customer services. Scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance to get an estimate on repair work. The contractor called a few days beforehand to remind me to be on time. I took the afternoon off to make the appointment. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I received a call informing that they weren't going to show up because they didn't have the insurance coverage to do the work. Apparently, they didn't think of researching this before the appointment and didn't care enough about the value of their client's time. If you decide to use them, I (and my five fellow condo owners) wish you the best of the luck.
