Hr raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes.. I paid off a 15 year mortgage only for this guy to pull the rug out from under us. Now I can't even sell my home because he has set it up to where potential buyers must sign a lease agreeing to yearly rate increases. Basically he is stealing the homes of low income families. He is a shark beware! The Palm Harbor homes he is selling and/or renting are known death traps!
