Our experiencing might not be typical but we found that our questions about cost and packages were very vague until we were at the point of ordering. Felt blindsided. The picture quality was very good, the pictures were okay given that there were children in them but not worth what we paid. The photographer and helper were friendly but felt like the front desk was not knowledgeable. Make sure you ask your question and insist on complete answers upfront!
