Whitko High School is apart of Whitko Community Schools, which also governs various other elementary, middle and high schools. The school has English, mathematics, physical education, psychology, social studies and science departments. It also offers classes in Spanish, accounting, advertising, algebra, biology, geometry, economics, chemistry and consumer economics. The school has a guidance department, sunshine society, and chess and Spanish clubs. Located in South Whitley, Ind., it additionally provides expertise in various areas, including ceramics, creative writing and mass media. The school has various organizations, such as the National Honor Society, the Future Farmers of America, the Family Career and Community Leaders of America and the Students Against Destructive Decisions.
