The employees are rude and the theater smells like urine. It doesn't deserve the one star I gave it.

I know that we are a small area but every who has money acts as if they are Hollywood bound so why not hire an adult who can record a slow and understanding selection . I don't mean any harm but the girl who does it talks too fast it's like going to a fast food place and they act as if we should know that they have been there for a while and have the script memorized . thankyoufocallingrsouthsidemallcinamae1fasttalker2pm5pm. When they should say Thank you for calling south side mall etc. etc. slow down people and answer your phone.

they never answer their phone. you can never find out whats playing.

it never answers their phone and it is getting on my nerves
