I went there for two pounds of...

I went there for two pounds of coffee and and iced coffee and they charged me for a dozen donuts as well. When I asked for the manager because my order was wrong it became an argument because he wouldn't even tell me his name. He said he didn't have to. I reminded him that the sign said if my order was wrong, it was free. He got so irate at me and threatened to call the police. He yelled at me and told me I wanted something for nothing. I asked for my ice coffee which was never made and he got the phone and called the police. He finally realized they would be 20 minutes and I was in the drive thru. I refused to move without my order. he threw money at me and told me to go away and never come back to his business again.
