We've been to this restaurant 3 times now and have been disappointed all three times. Shrimp Scampi... a staple of Italian cuisine is awful. Burnt garlic does NOT taste good. They seem to burn the garlic in all their pasta dishes including the seafood dishes. All three times we experienced the same burnt taste so it must be the chef's method of cooking... but it is just terrible. Some time in culinary school would be a good thing.

They just started serving pizza which is equally bad... they do not strain the tomato seeds from their sauce so as you eat the pizza, you are constantly getting seeds that you either need to crunch or spit out.



We were so excited when this restaurant opened because we live in town and love Italian, but we've wasted $300 and three dinners here and wont be back. It's a shame.
