I made reservations for Hibachi for 4 people to celebrate my birthday . When I called I was told that our table would be held for us for 10 minutes. Due to an emergency 1 of our party of 4 was running a few minutes behind. The staff refused to seat us just stating that it was policy not to seat a party until all the party was there, no exceptions. Our 4th person showed up within 15 minutes of our reservation and no one had come in behind us to request our table and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. The staff were very rude about this whole situation. Birthday celebrations should be happy occasions and I was so irritated by how my friends and I were treated before even really entering the restaurant that we left and had a lovely dinner somewhere else where the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not recommend that anyone wanting to celebrate any event do it at Sakura Garden.
