Many complaints about a bus driver driving too fast. Then she almost runs over my 4 year old daughter. nothing has been done yet.

I called the company after I received a letter of times and location of where the bus was going to pick up my son for the first day of school...the letter had the wrong address...the lady put in on hold and never came back..i called back and she seemed annoyed that I called back and couldn't be bothered to help me..so if the staff cant help and be bothered with a simple address problem I sure don't want the company driving my son around...cant image who they hire..so I will be driving him into school and picking him up...I will also call the owner of the company about the POOR people skills and lack of skills they have as employees.
