Great Indian food, Great Service

Granted that this is a new restaurant and every new restaurant is a little rough around the edges and somewhat unfinished. First off, it took the waitstaff one half hour after we walked in to take our order. After waiting one hour for the food to come, it was apparent that none of the runners knew which table ordered what. The runners had to meet the servers in the middle of the restaurant floor to figure out which dish went to which table. Everything we ordered was bland, greasy, poorly prepared in haste and everything tasted like cooking oil. No "Symphony of Spices" here, as advertised on the outdoor restaurant sign. The place is noisy and very disorganized. We couldn't wait to leave. It took another one half hour of begging just to get our bill. I would gladly have paid any price at this point just to get out of this place. I was really looking forward to having a good Indian restaurant out East here in the Hamptons, but this place was extremely disappointing.
