This agency is an absolute disgrace to our elderly community. So sad how they misrepresent themselves, to lure people in to their web of lies, and blatant disregard. Every step of the process once signing in the dotted line was pure hell. From not having basic request fulfilled, to constantly being blown off by the staff. Anyone that's not compassionate, patient and understanding, should ever work with the most sensitive population. As a nurse, I only treat my patients with the upmost respect, the same way that I hope to be treated. These crooked people should be ashamed of themselves!
