This place serves 5 star excellent vegetarian food. A bit pricey for a family but you get what you pay for. Honestly the only drawback is the attitude of the "hostess" sometimes, don't dare ask for a different seat than the one they have "assigned " you. The place is small, really small they need to expand . We tried to request different seats , we were way to close to the 1 other couple in the place, they sat us 1 ft away and we wanted a bit more room and was refused, the owner/chef actually came out and ARGUED with me ! Again the food is great but the attitude is snotty, this is from a PETA member and 10 year vegetarian .

I have been going to the Blue Sage for many years and the food, service and atmosphere are exceptional! They have a nitch market and business is always booming! That said, there are times when you will not get a table because seating is limited. Lunch is always easier than dinner. Make a reservation if you want to eat in the evening. You may not know what everything is on your plate, but I guarantee you will LOVE it!! This place isn't for everyone, but if you want good quality food, prepared by a chef, at a reasonable price, THIS IS THE PLACE. Vegan and vegetarian meals are both on the menu.

The food and menu are absolutely amazing, however the staff was somewhat rude and unfriendly. I went on a Saturday night and had reservations, but I felt rushed to hurry up and eat so that the next group could sit. I would definitely go again....take out might be good.
