Provided by YPmobileDropped off a pair of boots for repair on 11/5/15. Man was grumpy, but I chalked it up to a bad day. We all have them. Stopped by day before Thanksgiving, still not ready, and he didn't seem to know where they were. Went back again today 12/19/15. Asked for my boots whether or not they were fixed or not.
The Grady man started yelling at me that I had nerve to just show up and expect him to have them there for pickup. He continued to yell and berate me as if it was all my fault. I screamed back telling him he had no right to speak to me, and if he waspoorly organized it again wadnt my fault. I was told he wasn't going to look for them. I ended up having to call the police to get them back. A parent lyrics I am not the first to call the police on this business.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give this place negative stars, I would. The woman who works there was beyond rude. She reprimanded me for not being more prepared because I needed to look through my pocketbook for my ticket even though my boots were on the shelf right in front of me. Then she charged me extra for using a credit card. She wanted to know if I could leave to get cash and then come back to pay. Then she accidentally charged me .$.38 instead of $38.00 and stopped me at the door because of her mistake. I was so stunned by her rude behavior that I came back and paid the difference. I'm surprised she didn't charge me extra for using the credit card twice. AND they didn't even do a nice job on my Frye boots. Never ever ever again!

Provided by YP.comThe most terrible experience don’t even know where to begin.
Before Christmas of 2013 my daughter brought my Miu-Miu Italian boots to shop to replace a zippers on both boots.
Today is March 25 of 2014 and my boots are still in the shop.
January I was called to the shop to pick up my finished order, apparently instead of zipper replacement they replaced zipper “pull-ups”. Even though Carlo messed up the work order; he totally denied this fact and still charged me $30.’
I don’t know why, I left boots there after this incident, but I did. So they still there. I call from time to time and get respond either he is busy or they going to finish them soon.
People who work there EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. BEWARE especially woman who works there.

Provided by YP.comNot worth it!
Carlo's Shoe Repair is a quaint little place, and they have a nice selection if you are in need of laces, polish, inserts, wallets, belts, and other bits and bobs. But the service is dreadful and slow. The woman who tends the counter is rude regularly, and is not very accommodating.

Provided by YP.comCarlos Shoe Repair, located in Maple Glen PA, is the WORST place to do business in the area. The woman tending the drop off counter is extremely nasty. And if you do decide to leave your shoes for repair there is almost a 100% chance that your shoes will not be ready when you need them... if they can be found at all. In short if you do business with Carlos of Maple Glen you will have nothing but aggravation and will be sorry you left your shoes with this merchant.
