I have been a patient in Keith Sadel's Office since 2008. In 2017 I started noticing Inconsistencies in Patient Charts, Medical Records, Bloodwork and Dangerous prescription interactions he was prescribing me. "Neglect", "Failure To Treat" "Failure To Protect" and "Misdiagnosis'". Common practice in a Poorly run office. Incorrect Procedure Codes and Diagnosis Codes provided to Insurance Companies that are now "Investigating Fraud" due to Keith Sadel's Incompetent Office Personnel and Keith Sadel's Negligent care. Keith Sadel's excuse is "Human Error". An explanation he provides when he does not want to take responsibility for his Bad Behavior. Bad Practice procedures are common place in Keith Sadel's Office. Do your Due Diligence. My obligation is to Inform Consumers of their "Right To Know".
