poor service

I as a professional that works for the health of elderly would not recommend any doctors office to use this bussiness for service. the staff and technicians are very

rude. technicians do not collect the correct amount of blood to do the tests which are ordered. specimens are 80% contaminated. so when you call the office. the patient has to get stuck twice, this is poor service to anyone in this field. just because the say they are sorry, its right, i don't think so. they should take their license away.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the laboratory that processed your specimen and that you needed to have your blood drawn a second time so that the laboratory could produce a result. Your feedback is important because we are not the laboratory but the phlebotomist that collect the specimen and send it to a clinical laboratory. Because we use the sterile equipment provided by laboratories, it is impossible to obtain a contaminated specimen. The vacutainers provided automatically stop when they are filled. I do not believe you have laboratory experience as you would not have made such an accusation. If you contacted the office an asked to speak to management your questions would have been explained. I am proud of my staff and the quality of their work. they are compassionate and thoughtful. We also realize that our patients are sick and often suffering and we keep that in mind even if they complain.
