This company is not even worth a star. My father passed away in April of 2019. We had planned the unrevealing for November 10, 2019, since my family was traveling form out of town and we needed a long weekend. October came and went and my father's stone was not ready. We said ok, April.

April arrived and no stone. This company blamed a lost vendor. I am in a business as well that relies on vendors. We have many. the next excuse was COVID -19. This stone should have been completed before the whole pandemic halted commerce. Every time an email or phone call was placed, another excuse.

Meanwhile my mother has to go visit her husband with no marker. She is distraught and left with no answers.

The stone was finally placed on August 12,2020. GREAT.....NO.... The stone was supposed to have the symbol of a Masonic Past Master. the symbol etched was just a generic Mason symbol. This was not what was directed.

To sum up, This company was not only late on delivery but also did not deliver the item ordered. Do you want to give your trust to a company like this when you are at your most vulnerable? It took 16 months from the placement of the order till it was finally delivered to the cemetery.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR LOVED ONE A STONE/MONUMENT.
